It’s been a busy, brilliant creative year. From January to July, I completed three short courses across different areas of my practice, each one giving me space to push boundaries, experiment, and grow, thanks to Arts Council England’s DYCP support.

Since then, I’ve been developing my online shop and, most recently, weaving on a floor loom at Sunny Bank Mills. These new pieces are an equal blend of what I learned during my DYCP, earlier successes, and new ideas that are ready to take shape.

Weaving them together quite literally has given me a solid creative platform as I step into the new year.
